Our Mission – To extend our hand to help the orphans of Haiti by providing shelter, food, educations and basic needs.
The orphanage is located in Bon Repos. It was established in the
home of Lucner Monexe. He opened his home to care for 10 abandoned
children over 10 years ago, and has continued to care for orphans in his
home to this day. This small home has expanded and now provides
shelter for 18 children. A school for primary education has been built
onto the side of the orphanage which is open to children in the
community. The orphanage pays for the teachers at this school and also
pays the tuition to the State school for the children over the age of
twelve that live at the orphanage.
Monthly Child Sponsorship – we have need of sponsors
for the children at the orphanage. Sponsorship is $30 a month and
provides food and clothing for a child. You will receive photos and
updates on the child that you sponsor.
School Support – funds given for school sponsorship will be applied towards school supplies, tuition and paying teachers.
Mountain outreach support – there are multiple projects going on in this
category, which includes building projects, schools and food
distribution.
